I had discovered my Toilet Shut Off Valve was leaking Sunday evening. I had put a pot underneath, but it would quickly fill and I worried about going to bed.
I found Mr.Rooter on the web as the Top Rated Plumber for Toronto, and filled out an Online Maintenance Request.
As they were closed, I promptly got an Email right away saying please call in the morning from 7:30am onwards.
I did so, and they were very friendly and courteous! And answered right away! (Again, Monday at 7:30am!? AMAZING!)

Brian was quickly sent over and arrived within the hour. He also had an apprentice with him, which I did not mind. It was nice to see how he taught and interacted with him, and actually took a great pride in his work and the knowledge in his profession--wanting to pass that on to the next generation.

I ended up having to fix my flange on top of the valve, as I knew that was broken. The whole thing cost me quite a bit for a Monday morning at 9am! Haha. But again, I was glad to know that it wouldve been much expensive elsewhere, that the service wouldve come much later in the day, and that the job is now done perfectly & under warranty.

(I even became a Lifetime Member of Mr. Rooter because it just made sense!)
